Mr. Harvey Gedeon
Mr. Harvey Gedeon is the former Chief Technology Officer of Estée Lauder and Revlon. At Lauder, he led company innovation and doubled sales during his tenure; leading brands such as Estee Lauder, La Mer, MAC, and some of world’s most iconic products. At Revlon, he was the key lead driving the acquisition of SKII, and marketed SKII as a global brand.
Mr. Alan Meyers
A well-known expert and leader in the cosmetics and personal care industry. Mr. Meyers was head of R&D at Monat Global, Loreal USA, Revlon, and Elizabeth Arden (Unilever). He has a proven track record of breakthrough innovations in skincare, color cosmetics, hair care, antiperspirants, beauty tools, sunscreen and fragrance.
Mr. Shahan Nazar
Esteemed scientific authority and leader in color cosmetics and skincare, Mr. Nazar was the former Senior Vice President of R&D at Estee Lauder Companies overseeing Global R&D for all Lauder brands. Shahan was an integral innovation chief at MAC Cosmetics, as well as Indie/Artistry brands such as Smashbox, Bobbi Brown, and Stila.
Dr. Eric Bernstein
Yale-trained MD, Dr. Bernstein is a world-renowned dermatologic laser surgeon. He is president of the prestigious American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania. He was also a consultant for Estee Lauder Companies.
Dr. Mary Matsui
Dr. Mary Matsui is adjunct professor at Columbia Medical School and former Executive Director at Estee Lauder in charges of new skin science innovations and sponsored external research. She is the author of hundreds publications in peer reviewed journals and presentations in frontier skin science development.
Dr. Ken Rothaus
Dr. Rothaus, a Harvard-trained MD, is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with a private practice in Manhattan, New York. Dr. Rothaus travels internationally providing treatment and education to the world’s most high-profile patients, including celebrities, royal families, and business leaders.
Dr. Tian Wang
Renowned R&D expert and leader in color cosmetics and skincare, Dr. Wang was Executive Director at Estee lauder and spearheaded successful product launches for major global brands such as Olay, SKII, Revlon, Estee Lauder, MAC, and more. Dr. Wang founded L’Onvie, and has invested more than $20M in the past 10 years into R&D, product development, and manufacturing.

President of Dermegen Inc. Dr. Ingrassia’s distinguished experience in major cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies, such as Estee Lauder and Dow, led them to skin biological science innovation. His team was responsible for major skin care science breakthroughs for prestige skincare brands.
