Responsible for improving manufacturing processes for CMO in personal care industry including analyzing workflows, ensuring equipment works to specifications and capabilities, investigating andtrouble shooting any plant/process problems, meeting with chemist at stages from transfer, scaling up of new formulas to compounding to review specifications of products to optimize production and ensure batch to batch consistency, analyze, document and diagram production processes, and develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output while cutting costs.
Requirements: Bachelors in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or chemical engineering + 3 years as a process engineer in the personal care industry.

QA/QC Specialist

We are looking for a Full-time qualified QA/QC Lab Technician to undertake a variety of laboratory procedures within the consumer goods industry. Candidates must be able to prioritize work and multitask with a very high attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced work environment. Provide Quality Assurance support for the manufacturing, packaging and warehouse by performing testing, visual inspections, audits and reviewing documentation for accuracy. Follows all pertinent guidelines and SOPs to ensure cGMP compliance.
Requirements: Bachelor degree in science and or engineering.
